Please note that this item comes 90% assembled from the manufacturer.  We recommend that you have the bike checked-out by a local bike shop once you have finished assembling it and before its first use.   In addition, this item is shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse here in the United States.  They have great technical support and will be able to assist you with any warranty issues you may have.
